01 — Closing methods

Build the closure
step by step.

The website guides buyers by process, then connects each requirement to a machine configuration.

METHOD 01

Seal the moisture barrier before closing the outer bag.

Continuous controlled heat closes PE inner liners, plastic films and compatible composite bags. Cooling and conveyor requirements are configured around the bag material and line speed.

Six routes.
One clear choice.

Compare bag closing processes and equipment for your packaging requirements.

Route 01 · Maximum process integration

Heat seal + trim + tape + sew

For multi-layer bags requiring inner-liner sealing and a protected tape-bound outer closure in one continuous configuration.

  • Inner liner heat sealing
  • Bag-top trimming
  • Paper / hot-melt tape binding
  • Chain-stitch closing

06 — Technical FAQ

Questions buyers ask
before a quotation.

How do I choose a bag-closing machine?

Start with the bag structure, bag width, material inside, required output, closure sample and local voltage. Zhongda then maps the required steps—heat sealing, folding, sewing, label insertion, trimming or tape binding—to a configuration.

Can the PE inner liner be sealed before the outer bag is sewn?

Yes. Combined configurations are intended for this process. Suitability depends on the exact film structure, thickness, bag dimensions and required speed, so a sample should be tested before final confirmation.

Which sewing heads can be configured?

Options include GK35-6A, GK35-8A, DS-9C and DS-11. Confirm the sewing head and line configuration against your bag material and required closure.

What information is required for an export quotation?

Please provide bag photos or samples, bag material and dimensions, product inside, bags per hour, closure method, voltage and frequency, destination country and any preferred options.
